Get the most out of your vitamins.

I can’t stress the importance of good nutrition enough to our pFIT community, if you want to achieve your goals. One thing which works really well for me, especially if I’m busy, is to take vitamins.

I’ve changed to taking BePure Wellness and cannot recommend their products enough as they are high-strength, high-quality and bioavailable. I have noticed a massive difference since using this BePure. I use their One (a multivitamin), Two (which is a probiotic and helps nurture your gut), Three (fish oil rich in omega 3s to maintain a healthy balance of fatty acids and prevent inflammation) and I also take their Magnesium Restore as it helps with muscle relaxation, cramps and sleep.

BePure Vitamins line up

I’m not a nutritionist or naturopath but I find that these vitamins along with a healthy diet, rich in wholefoods and regular exercise such as pilates and walking has made such a difference to my energy and hormone levels and all round immunity.

Here are a few other tips I swear by…

Chelsea’s top tips:

  1. I’m not a coffee drinker but if you are, try and reduce it to one coffee a day with matcha or herbal tea afterwards and avoid taking your supplements after you drink caffeine.
  2. If you find it hard to remember to take your vitamins, place them in an area where you can’t miss them such as next to your bed with a glass of water.
  3. Try taking Magnesium at night to improve your sleep. Or try a topical magnesium as it is readily absorbed into the skin. Magnesium helps with recovery after strenuous classes such as Method or during a challenge. If you get cramp during class this could be a game-changer for you!
