PAYMENTS
All payments can be made upon booking via the pilatesFIT app, timetable link on the website or eftpos in the studio. If you would like to avoid ezidebit fees, we recommend purchasing when in the studio.
CONCESSION POLICY
Please take note of concession expiry time frames. Intro Deals are for NEW Clients only unless otherwise stated. Unused concessions are non-refundable and can not be extended or transferred to another client.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations are sometimes unavoidable, however our class sizes are limited so we ask that you please allow for as much notice as possible if you wish to avoid being charged the full class fee.
Please understand that payment will be charged or concession used, if cancellations are made with less than 12 hours notice or failing to show up to a session you are booked into. This payment can not be credited towards another session nor can it be given to someone else to use.
MINDBODY AND EZIDEBIT PAYMENTS/FEES
Please be aware that payments made through MINDBODY take 2-4 days to process. Ezidebit charge a fee per transaction dependant on the amount spent and the full amount will be debited under “Ezidebit Milford”. If funds are unavailable, a $14.95 penalty fee is charged. This is in no way related to pilatesFIT Boutique.
