Payment Terms & Conditions


All payments can be made upon booking via the pilatesFIT app or timetable link on the website. When bookings are made directly through the studio (by emailing studio@pilatesfitboutique.co.nz ) they can be paid through Internet banking UPON BOOKING to confirm your spot. You will receive confirmation from the studio once a booking has been processed. Internet banking option is only available once a client account has been set up. Please contact us if you would like to sort out future payments this way.


Payments via Internet banking are most welcome. This will allow you to avoid any fees charged by Ezidebit when booking through the app. Payments can be made to the following account and once cleared, you will receive an email receipt to let you know your session/s are ready to be booked via the pilatesFIT app.

Please take note of concession expiry time frames. Intro Deals are for NEW Clients only unless otherwise stated. Unused concessions are non-refundable and can not be extended or transferred to another client.


Cancellations are sometimes unavoidable, however our class sizes are limited so we ask that you please allow for as much notice as possible if you wish to avoid being charged the full class fee.

Please understand that payment will be charged or concession used, if cancellations are made with less than 24 hours notice or failing to show up to a session you are booked into.  This payment can not be credited towards another session nor can it be given to someone else to use.


Please be aware that payments made through MINDBODY take 2-4 days to process. Ezidebit charge a fee per transaction dependant on the amount spent and the full amount will be debited under “Ezidebit Milford”. If funds are unavailable, a $14.95 penalty fee is charged. This is in no way related to pilatesFIT Boutique.
