Chelsea’s teaching methods are incredible and I always walk out of her classes feeling energised, strong and confident. She has helped me to love my body and to never underestimate how capable I am
I always felt intimidated in gyms or classes but not here. The classes are suited for and tailored to your level of fitness. Chelsea is very encouraging but pushes you to improve and gets the best out of you with good music, lots of laughs and funny faces thrown in
Within a matter of a few months Chelsea had helped me learn and understand how to strengthen and tone my entire body and I now have the flexibility I had in my 20's. The classes are fun, always different and no matter how much I think I know there's always an extra bit to learn every time
I've become stronger, fitter and more flexible, however more importantly I have a healthier mindset about self care. Chelsea and the PilatesFit community are supportive and welcoming, our classes are fun but seriously challenging (the burn is real) and I look forward to each and every session!
