This amount of colour is giving Pilates with Chelsea 2014 aka pilatesFIT!!!

In the studio this week looks a little different. Now I want an 80s themed class😏

Taking these images has brought so many laughs into the studio this week. Obviously it’s AI and it’s done a good job of making us all look quite different, adding random words, shoes on the Reformer and changing body parts but it’s still funny.

This one feels like a special announcement🥰 Not only has Megan been apart of our community since 2019, She then went on to be part of the instructor team from 2022 for a few years before her full time job took over and she jumped back in as a client.

Our body’s ability to move well doesn’t just happen by thrashing ourselves in every single workout. The goal is to move well for many years to come and that requires us to focus on more than just how many reps or how heavy can we can go and these two understand the assignment 😏

It feels so long ago I did our first announcement! It also still feels hard to put it out there but I am glad I finally can. I’m also glad I’ve been able to tell some members in person the last few days🥹

As a studio run by two Mums, we know exactly what it’s like.

We want to acknowledge every single one of you who shows up for the Mums & bubs sessions or who juggles kids to make time to move your body. We know it’s not as easy as chucking on some clothes, jumping in the car and showing up.

Mums and Bubs sessions have come back strong and we haven’t actually advertised them yet so here we are.

WEDNESDAY & FRIDAYS 10.30am

This isn’t a flowy Reformer session. We know first hand what it’s like to workout with babies so we have designed these classes to accommodate that.
Think Pilates foundations + Reformer + Strength training.

We recommend a postnatal check with a women’s health physio prior to starting and all sessions can be modified to suit where you are at with returning to movement.

I’ve just simplified our pricing for July because the upside to being a small individually owned business is that I can do what I want😅
With not having too much longer in our space, I went to our members last week and asked them a few questions and out of that has come - $25 classes for the whole of July.
No matter how many classes you purchase, the pricing remains the same. Choose the amount of classes you want to attend and pick whether you pay per week or for a month.

The purpose of this - I am just doing my best to make sessions (keep in mind we only have 9 people per class) as affordable as possible while continuing to create the best studio vibe we can and ultimately, give you (and Sarah & I) the opportunity to enjoy the space as much as possible.

Small businesses are doing it tough but here’s to doing whatever the fk I want because I chose to start something from scratch 12 years ago and I’m not currently in the long term game with it right now.
lol if I was and a business mentor had a say, they’d think I’m crazy. (Probs am, so get amongst it)🙈
