Ooooh yes, there’s a new 22 minute Upper body session now available on pilatesFIT ONLINE 💪🏼🔥 (on the weekly planners this week and in the targeted workouts section)

Do it once or repeat it a second time. If your goal is to build more strength - a lot of the new sessions, I would recommend repeating each week for a while (even 6-8 weeks) so you can keep progressing, pushing your weights or reps and really feeling the full results of what these workouts can give you 😏
