Challenge, support or help to stretch the body by adding the ball to sessions. They can be used fully blown up or deflated slightly depending on what you are using them for.
Easily inflated using the straw provided and can be deflated quickly to store away.
The sizing is personal preference. Both are used in the pilatesFIT Boutique studio.
