PUMP IT UP is a 21 day challenge based off our studio pFIT Pace & Pace light sessions, we will be working the entire body through low impact, deep burning, strength building exercises. This challenge is about getting comfortable to push your weights a little more and using your at home packs to show you how to build maximum results over time. With minimal cardio and sessions programmed to keep it simple but effective, you will be seeing lots of what you already know but with a slightly different format.
What is involved each week?
3 x Full body workouts
2 x Targeted sessions
2 x Rest / Walk days (or choose a cardio session)
The PUMP IT UP challenge is for you if you
✔️ Would like the challenge of adding weights and small equipment to your workouts
✔️ Need an easy to follow program
✔️ Are ready to feel a noticeable mind & body shift
✔️ Need something to help you to commit to your at home movement
✔️ Want to compliment your studio sessions
By adding in outdoor movement (walks/runs) even for 10 minutes (ideally 30) you give yourself time outside in the fresh air which can help to reduce stress levels & boost your mood – even better if go on a coastal, beach or bush walk. Short cardio sessions will also been given.
