  1. Omg this one got me goood! My arms are absolutely recked after this week! Also tip for anyone who see this before their workout, I found the band didn’t work well during the glute work – it just rolled up. Sorry to tell you .. but go with ankle weights instead sorry not sorry!

    • 100% use Ankle weights over a loop band🥵
