  1. That was fun!…..I was in PAIN…..but it was fun LOL. Legs were shaking like mad both during the exercises and the stretches!

  2. That was so fun. def can make it as challenging as you need too which is fab. Loved the addition of the weights with reformer work. loved it.

  3. This has to be my favourite so far, I felt so strong! Definitely adding the the rotation and upping the weights as I go!
