  1. That was fun!…..I was in PAIN…..but it was fun LOL. Legs were shaking like mad both during the exercises and the stretches!

  2. That was so fun. def can make it as challenging as you need too which is fab. Loved the addition of the weights with reformer work. loved it.

  3. This has to be my favourite so far, I felt so strong! Definitely adding the the rotation and upping the weights as I go!

  4. Finally ticked this one off in the studio and man it humbled me. Love the reformer and weights combo! We don’t have very heavy weights in our studio, so here’s me with x4 lots of 3kgs 😆. Might have to byo weights in next time!
