  1. Have incorporated this for upper bodybdays consistently alt days give or take and I have quickly noticed increased strength and muscle definition in my biceps ans shoulders. Love repeating the same session to Guage progress and keep focus. Love the easy flow of this session, no fuss and amazing workout thar gives results in such a short time
