By adding in outdoor movement (walks/runs) even for 10 minutes (ideally 30) you give yourself time outside in the fresh air which can help to reduce stress levels & boost your mood – even better if go on a coastal, beach or bush walk. Cardio sessions will also been given so you can’t use the excuse of “Its raining”
