  1. Great class to do when time is disjointed. I did this twice in an hour and felt the burn thank you. I also increased the weight so the smaller reps were really hard so loved that this short series allowed for higher weight fewer reps.

    • Thats exactly what I love to hear and 100% how its done to create the extra challenge / strength building x
