This is your full body get back into action challenge. In 7 days you will feel stronger, more energised and ready to find your movement habit again. Suitable for all levels (excluding pregnancy) – Listen out for alternatives and if needed, use the FORM section at any time to refer to for further technique tips. 

You will need just a set of hand weights or wrist weights. Loop bands and other equipment can be added to challenge further.
