This 6-week program combines our love for Pilates inspired movement with strength building, targeted sessions to provide a well rounded workout experience, aimed at helping you to feel your strongest most confident self.
With a pre planned training split programmed to give you maximum results with either 3, 4, 5 or even 6 workouts per week, you are sure to feel on track to feeling your best. There is a library of 21 workouts and the idea is to repeat your faves while challenging yourself in the targeted sessions by increasing weights (or reps) over the coming weeks.
Building muscle and gaining strength are vital for maintaining peak physical condition, and I’m confident this program will give you valuable insights into how much stronger you can feel.
