The feedback from our most recent program has been incredible 🔥💪🏼

This 6-week program combines our love for Pilates inspired movement with strength building, targeted sessions to provide a well rounded workout experience, aimed at helping you to feel your strongest most confident self.

With a pre planned training split programmed to give you maximum results with either 3, 4, 5 or even 6 workouts per week, you are sure to feel on track to feeling your best.
There is a library of 21 workouts and the idea is to repeat your faves while challenging yourself in the targeted sessions by increasing weights (or reps) over the coming weeks.

Building muscle and gaining strength are vital for maintaining peak physical condition, and I’m confident this program will give you valuable insights into how much stronger you can feel.

pilatesFIT BUILD is for you if you

✔️ Are ready to commit to 6 weeks of at home training which can also be done in the gym with a selection of dumbbells & small equipment

✔️ Want an easy to follow program that will you progress with

Reformer play ~ A little flow Esther taught last week. Not gonna lie, it’s not easy so in a little workshop we did the other day, we broke it down to how this could better accommodate for those of all levels 😮‍💨🔥

If you want to give it a go….. Tip: Keep the reps low to allow movement from one to the next.

Same intensity if you choose to listen to me😏, Same class style, Same sh*t talk amongst the 🔥

Differences: There are options to keep your workout short or combine a couple, You get to choose the intensity without me giving you the side eye if I know you can do more😅, It’s in the comfort of your home so you don’t even have to leave….

No Refomer at home? Why not find a gym with one instead if you can’t come to us in person. Then you get the best of the gym world and the pilatesFIT world.

PS: Yes I do my own workouts (👆🏼this is one) and still find them challenging. I also question more often than not, how I filmed it while talking🤯
