Shipping, Returns & Refunds

Apparel Exchanges and Refunds

We will happily offer an exchange or refund on pilatesFIT apparel (excluding sale items) within 14 days of receiving your delivery. They must be in the original condition including tags still attached, with no sign of being worn or used.

Equipment Returns

All equipment sales are final however if an item arrives to you faulty or damaged, we will replace it within 14 days of receiving your package.

Please note – with use over time your equipment will begin to show general wear and tear so we can not be responsible for this or damage caused by misuse. If you wish to replace equipment, this can be purchased through our online store.

Exchanges and Refunds

For all return and exchange enquiries, please send an email with your name, order number and the details of your query to shop@pilatesfitboutique.co.nz and a member of our team will be in touch to assist you. Note – Visual evidence of any faulty / damaged items may be requested.

Once we receive the items, we will inspect and get in contact with you to confirm it has been approved for a refund or exchange. All return shipping costs are at the expense of the customer. These will not be refunded by pilatesFIT Boutique.

Shipping and Click & Collect Info

We currently ship to addresses throughout New Zealand and pickup is available from the pilatesFIT Boutique studio in Hobsonville Point, Auckland. Once transaction has been made please email studio@pilatesfitboutique.co.nz to confirm a time for pickup. Subject: Click and Collect

Shipping is calculated at checkout. All items are shipped with a tracking number via NZ Post. Please note there can be delays and we can not be made responsible for this. Your tracking number will allow you to see where your items are. 

All sales are processed within 1-2 business days.
