What is involved each week?

5 Workouts  

2 x Lower body / 2x Upper body / 1x Full body

 Rest or Stretch days

You will need Hand weights – Light (2-4kg) & Heavy (5-10kg)

Long band, Loop bands, optional – Ball & Slider discs
