lol believe it or not, I could not seem to get my brain and body to work together and I felt so silly for it. lol so my advice here is to SLOW IT DOWN and don’t be embarrassed. If you are in a group class, I can guarantee the people around you have felt the same at some point x

What were you doing before you became a pilatesFIT Instructor?
I had just graduated with a degree in sports marketing degree. Sport and exercise has always been a passion of mine ☺️

- What is your favourite Reformer or Mat
exercise?
They are a killer but I love reverse planks or reformer burpees. Those who come to my sessions would know 😏

3 daily non negotiables that set you up for the day?
Make my bed
Skincare routine!
Big glass of water

- What made you want to get into teaching?
I fell in love with Pilates after my first class! I love the constant challenge it brings and the fact that there’s always something new to learn. That passion is what drew me into teaching - I wanted to share that excitement with others.

- Why should people want to come to your classes?
My goal for all my classes is to set a vibe that is fun and motivating. A class that’s is both effective and engaging

A highly requested LOWER BODY session without any type of lunge🤭 Core. 77 IS NOW AVAILABLE 🍑🔥

The way I have done this session (like most), allows you to incorporate any extra equipment you would like, to create more of a Pace type workout OR take away all equipment to keep it simple on days you want to move but without the extra push.

- What were you doing before you became a pilatesFIT Instructor?
I was a full-time vet nurse to the most adorable patients!

- What is your favourite Reformer or Mat exercise?
I love ALL plank variations! Glute bridges are also a favourite.

- 3 daily non negotiables that set you up for the day?
Wake up early!
Get fresh air and sun daily ☀️
Any sort of movement (pilates, gym, stretching, walking) always sets me up for the day!

- What made you want to get into teaching?
From the first class I took a class at PilatesFIT, I was hooked! Before I knew it, teaching pilates became my dream and I haven’t looked back!

- Why should people want to come to your classes?
Good music, positive vibes, and a whole lot of spice - need I say more?
