PUMP IT UP is our next 21 day challenge, bringing a little more of what we do in the studio to you at home.

Based off our studio pFIT Pace & Pace light sessions, we will be working the entire body through low impact, deep burning, strength building exercises. This challenge is about getting comfortable to push your weights a little more and using your at home packs to show you how to build maximum results over time. With minimal cardio and sessions programmed to keep it simple but effective, you will be seeing lots of what you already know but in a slightly different format.
