    • Loved this session Chelsea! Who would have thought I could get a great home workout in 35 mins. Tough stuff especially when your count down in seconds is so slow. Ooh the burn!! In the UK and its my Tuesday now as last 2 days flying, plan to follow the plan for next fortnight. Exciting stuff!
