MONDAY 20th JAN - 2nd FEB
The ‘fling’ you need to kickstart your year of movement with us

Its time to set the tone for the year and we are starting off strong with this challenge. It is about being consistent and prioritising both your mental and physical well-being.
No more working out to change the way you look and instead making the goal to be about creating a lifestyle that can be maintained long term.

Fourteen days may not seem like much, and research shows that it takes a minimum of 66 days to form a habit. However, by focusing on setting the tone for success during this challenge, I believe that if you stick with it, you’ll begin to experience the benefits of the positive changes happening within yourself.

Exclusive to pilatesFIT online members

What is involved?

14 days of commitment (to begin this ongoing journey)
8 workouts (35 minutes or less)
At least 15 minutes of outside movement 5 days per week
5 minutes of deep breathing or meditation (your choice) per day
2-3L of water per day
Optional stretch days (recommended at least once a week)

You’ll also receive:
A tracker to use on your social media stories or for private tracking.
Ongoing support and contact from me throughout the challenge.
Recommendation for meditations

You will need
At home pack items.
(Long band, slider disc, ball, loop bands)
Weights can definitely be added and options are given.

*Suitable for all levels. Options are given throughout or choose workouts from the library to suit you.

lol believe it or not, I could not seem to get my brain and body to work together and I felt so silly for it. lol so my advice here is to SLOW IT DOWN and don’t be embarrassed. If you are in a group class, I can guarantee the people around you have felt the same at some point x

What were you doing before you became a pilatesFIT Instructor?
I had just graduated with a degree in sports marketing degree. Sport and exercise has always been a passion of mine ☺️

- What is your favourite Reformer or Mat
exercise?
They are a killer but I love reverse planks or reformer burpees. Those who come to my sessions would know 😏

3 daily non negotiables that set you up for the day?
Make my bed
Skincare routine!

- What made you want to get into teaching?
I fell in love with Pilates after my first class! I love the constant challenge it brings and the fact that there’s always something new to learn. That passion is what drew me into teaching - I wanted to share that excitement with others.

- Why should people want to come to your classes?
My goal for all my classes is to set a vibe that is fun and motivating. A class that’s is both effective and engaging
